We all had so much fun in Jackson Hole. We had a great turn out. I'm still not sure how many exactly... A great team dinner with our friends from AirTran and Jetblue. The snow was awesome, our racers were awesome, still laughing about the theme party. If you missed it...you missed out!!

It's such a reality check to come home after a fun ski week to learn that our Airline ski community has lost ourfriend Russ Walker. Our deepest sympathies, and heartfelt condolences go out to the Walker family during this difficult tiime. We'll all miss your big smile Russ. Godspeed dear brother.

It's a busy time for our club. Steamboat is right around the corner. Another fun filled NAASF ski week. Be sure to check our website for updated information. On the heels of Steamboat is our No-Brainer at Heavenly. It's shaping up to be an awesome time. Our most important info pertains to the IASF ski week in Crested Butte, Co. Although it's not until March 6-11, we have some pressing deadlines to meet for booking our lodging. To be totally up front and honest with you. We all need to pony up the money now and get this done.
Here's a breakdown of our choices...

We have blocked 8 rooms at the Grand Lodge, 5 Emmons Studio 2 Kings, 3 Suite Kings. There are still plenty of rooms available at the Elevation Hotel and Spa, they haveApex King, and Apex double queen rooms. And, The Plaza has a 2bedroom 2 bath condo. Woodcreek has 4, 2 bedroom 2 bath. And 1, 3bedroom 3 bath condos.

Here's how the numbers work...(includes IASF registration of $200.00. All prices per person for lodging from Mar.6 through Mar. 11)

Grand Lodge; King Suite, and Emmons two king beds---$612.05
Emmons Studio two king beds for 4 persons--- 456.01 (includes a $20 per person for extra occupants ($40.00 total))
Elevation Hotel and Spa; Apex King--- $771.70
Apex double queen---$829.95
Plaza condos; 2 bedroom 2 bath--- $567.45(4persons)

Woodcreek condos 2 bedroon 2 bath--- $567.45 (4persons)
3 bedroom 3 bath---$547.10 (6persons)

What I am suggesting is that we all agree to stay at the Woodcreek. That's provided that we have 22 people attending. We'll split the costs evenly bringing our costs down to $453.30 per person. (including IASF registration) I need for everyone to act quickly on this..Please!! Peter has added a RSVP feature to our website. Please use it. Then email me of your decision on the costs sharing at Woodcreek.
