We're running out of time and, options!!

I'm sure that you all are familiar with the phrase, "Doctors make the worst patients". Well, I'm here to tell you that airline employees make for the worst travelers!!!
9 days ago, I sent out an email, and posted an update on our website about our urgency to get our accommodations reserved for the IASF ski week in Crested Butte. Judging from all of the interest many people had shown to me while we were in Jackson Hole, I expected a much more positive response than was received.
Also, in that email I told you to book your No-Brainer rooms soon before we lose our discounted rates at Harvey's. The response to that has been better, but still not what I expected. It's frustrating, but I can only do so much.
I spoke with the folks at Crested Butte today. They have given us an extra week to get our rooms reserved. You have until Feb. 11 to send me a check for IASF registration, and lodging. Our choices have diminished quite a bit. We have two, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos at Woodcreek. They're all but full. Only 1 of the bedrooms are still available. The Grand Lodge still has rooms, 1 party has expressed interest in a Emmons, two king beds suite. That is being held, and will be confirmed when a check is received by me.
If you want to go, email, call, or text, I'll let you know how much this will cost. All reservations must be made through me. This isn't my choice. A single representative for each club is the only way the IASF handles lodging and registration. All the checks I have, and will receive will be deposited on Feb 10, and the call to Crested Butte will happen on Feb. 11
So now, on to our No-Brainer in Lake Tahoe...
We have a total of 18 reserved rooms as of this email. Harvey's expects to sell out during our stay, and has removed our discounted rate. despite calls from Crissi Zito and myself, they are saying,,, "Too Bad, not enough early reservations to keep our rates". This sucks!!!
Don't give up on a great time in Lake Tahoe though! Get on the travel websites, Kayak.com. expedia.com, travelocity.com, etc and find yourself a good rate. To be honest, Harvey's wasn't exactly being generous to begin with. There are many more casinos on the south shore of Lake Tahoe and, I want this to be a great no-brainer.
At last count, we had 33 people booked at the hotel, around 29 have used the RSVP on our website. My magic number is 50 and I can continue with our plans to have a "meet and greet" cocktail reception on Monday night. If that number isn't achieved by this Friday, Feb. 4. I will cancel the reservation on the banquet room. And make other, less expensive plans for Monday night.
As for buying discounted lift tickets for ourselves, or our non-airline guest, I have received 1 check for 1 multi day lift ticket. We cannot buy these until we have a confirmed order of at least 20.
